What Should I Expect When Your Consultant Arrives For Free Consultation?
At Energy Efficient Replacements we listen to your needs and concerns.
1. Upon arrival we start with introductions and confirm expectations from the consultation. Our design consultant will go over a needs assessment to understand your needs, concerns and expectations.
2. Next, we will do a visual inspection of your project to inspect current condition, obtain measurements for quoting process and answer any questions you may have during inspection.
3. Once we complete our initial measurements and inspection we will sit down and create a plan for your project going over products and styles we offer.
4. Our representative will demo and explain features and benefits of products you are interested in.
5. After you decide on the products and services you are interested in, we will work up a proposal to complete your project. Our representative we go over payment options with you including in-house financing including 0% options.
6. When you decide to move forward we will accept initial deposit to start project and our production team will take over.

Are You Licensed And Do You Have The Insurance Necessary To Work On My Home?
Yes, Energy Efficient Replacements is fully licensed, bonded and insured in are areas we work in. We carry general liability insurance as well as Workmans comp Insurance.
How Do I Prepare My Home For Window and Door Installation?
Here are a few steps you can take to prepare your home for installation:
- Remove any curtains, blinds and/or window treatments from your existing windows.
- Disable any security sensors.
- Move any furniture to make a clear path to the installation area.
- Take any pictures or wall decorations down that are near the installation area.
Will Window And Door Replacement Make A Mess In My Home?
Energy Efficient Replacements employs Factory trained and industry certified installers that are trained to disturb your home as little as possible and will often use protective coverings such as drop cloths or plastic sheeting to cover your floor and furnishings in the installation area.
